If I recall correctly, it said shipping in December. I got the UPS e-mail about 2 weeks ago, but no movement (I'm in Seattle, so last to ship apparently). If I get it now, it'll probably be February. Just saying, it's taking longer than they originally stated.

It is a little weird though that many parts of the USA have already received their Vault 4 copies but others haven't seen any update from UPS on their packages.
Arrived in Montana Friday. Once shipped only took 2 days. No update was sent. Need to log into original shipping email, if that helps.

The sudden extreme impatience over something that is still on schedule seems pretty weird to me. I don't get it. To those who are acting like it's super late, why do you feel this way??
I think part of it is the shipping methods. The labels are printed and you start to get excited, and then you still wait another 3-4 weeks. Things seem to be getting lost in the mail more these days (not just fan club stuff) so I would be happy to not have to remember what I bought and what has arrived or not arrived. I got one of the 3 vinyls I ordered two weeks ago even though I got three shipment notices and all three still show as not mailed (even though I got one a week ago). I ordered three Fukuboxes and got 2 in the mail. I sent an email and they sent a third one out 2.5 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I sent a Nugs order for bootlegs Dec. 13th and still have yet to receive.
I think we are all getting weary of the shipping issues around a lot of Pearl Jam orders. I have always received what I have ordered even if it got lost the first time so I'm happy with the Ten Club for following through, but lately shipping time is pretty poor (and I'm fine with a 2 week turnaround). I'm losing money because I don't have the time or patience to have to follow-up multiple times. If Nuggs doesn't send me an order I may even forget about it and that is $150 out of my pocket.

To be fair, it seems much better this go round. Mine shipped Wed, I should get it Tuesday. Less than a week is much better than the Mail innovations stuff.
As for the first shipping notice (which is really a label creation notice), thats just the way UPS works. Ive had plenty of retailers create a notice well before shipping, its not exclusive to the 10c.
i started a 7 inch label boutique label and just announced the 2nd release by artist Willis Earl Beal. its available now for pre-order to ship on or around the release date of 3/17
I think the fact that Europe got them early (even though there was issues), the idea that we were going to get them earlier than expected was put out there. Yes 10 club did say Dec/Jan - I think we just want the records. Shipping issues have put it back even further so yes we are impatient. An order put in August - and expected delivery of nearly 6 months later is bit hard. I'm in Australia, so my wait will be even longer. Then put the nearly $40 postage on top of that.. There has to be a better way to do this. My other half gets Jack Whites Thirdman Vault package every 3 months - and it seems extremely well organised and postage isn't that bad.. Maybe 10 club could look into it?
