10c shipment packaging...

Hi all, got an odd question here, lol. Just got my first 10c shipment (2014's stickers & patches), and was wondering if the box designs change from year to year. If they're always the same, into the recycling bin it'll go, if they do change then I'll try to figure out a way to keep them (I like the artwork, lol).
