No Vault vinyl shipping email?

I ordered on the first day available and still have no shipping email. I'm outside of Philly, and in the other threads I see them showing up in NJ and surrounding areas, yet I don't even have a shipping email yet. I've emailed 10c, with no response. This is unbelievably frustrating. Anyone else not have an email notification?

    I got shipping emails 8 days afaik. When I check the tracking, it still hasn't shipped. I emailed 10c and its been nothing but radio silence. Fail.

    If it still shows "warehouse" in your order history.I wouldn't worry about it. Plus, shipping labels are generated but don't necessarily reflect when the item is mailed. Remember, pallets of PJ stuff are picked up and not until it hits a distribution center and the pallets broken down does the individual item get scanned into the system.

    I remembered a while back that many of use received a shipping confirmation email on our Vault 4 vinyl orders. Maybe back in early November? Maybe because we received those emails from the glitch, we wouldn't receive a 2nd shipping confirmation email this month. The month they are being shipped out. I just checked my order status and it say's shipped. Now to play the waiting game ...

    I got a UPS tracking # from them on the 8th. No updates at all. I thought they were using usps for these. God knows where my package is at this moment.

    Yeah I figured it would, but I haven't got it. No emails from anyone since the update email before the holidays. Status says shipped, but it has ever since Santos posted that they have all changed to shipped for house keeping purposes. It is unreal how 10c can't answer an email concerning something that my credit card was charged for 6 months ago
