Singles Blu-ray - April 7th 2015 TODAY!!

    I went to my local Best Buy also. I walked all over searching for it. I finally went over and asked someone for some help. They weren't sure either. So, they went over to their computer to look it up.

    They told me it was only available online & that's how I had to get it. I tried ordering from their app and it gave me the option to ship it to the store to save on shipping. However, when I entered my zip code it just bumped me back to re-enter my zip code screen. So, it's another $3 to ship plus tax even though it's online.

    Kind of a pain in the ass for a $15 movie.

    I got mine from amazon canada, price dropped to 14.02 on release date. Best Buy Canada & Wal-Mart Canada didn't even have the bluray listed. Not many places to buy bluray/cd's at these days. At least Amazon keeps a wide array in their warehouse. I also ordered the Foo Fighters Sonic Highways bluray to get over the free shipping threshold :)

    The Deluxe Edition will be coming out. http://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.php?p=10354560&postcount=62 .. Just hope it's not just CD but also on vinyl.

    That post was from January and said it would be coming out with the blu-ray. So obviously was just a rumor.

    This has been delayed for years now. I would love to have a vinyl but I'm not holding my breath.

    Generally the difference between the domestic and import versions in Canada are the French langauge. Quite often Canadian releases include a slipcover, or both french/english the normal artwork. They often also include french subs and a french language track.

    The soundtrack was mentioned on Instagram. Vinyl Films will be putting that out.

    I just hope Vinyl Films does not use Think Indie as the distributors for taking care of their reissue Singles vinyl release. Cause if they do, the Singles vinyl will not be sold outside of the USA.

    I got my BluRay in the mail today (along with Sonic Highways to get free shipping as it seems others did too lol).

    Are there any Easter eggs on the BluRay?

    I just put it on & went straight to the 3 live performances. All were really good. It was really cool to see those fairly early performances. It's too bad the 3 performances weren't also in HD though.

    Love seeing that movie again. The extras with Dr. Jamison were surprising, Janet's whole storyline was rewritten.

    Very true, that alt storyline put quite a different twist on some of those scenes that were kept in - interesting to see it!

    Can anyone please tell me what the song is that plays on the menu screens? Was it just written for the movie?

    Watching the deleted scenes and noticed Eric Stoltz (the mime) is wearing a Ten Club shirt! It simply says "Ten Club" in black print on a white background.
