Am I the only one who's noticed that when you're on the home page, and this thread is at the top of the Porch, under 'latest post', the preview says "Terrible looking anal..." ?
    Probably.

As opposed to the beautiful anal, of course.

hey, I'm not one to discriminate. But even if you think anal is terrible, it's hard to argue the beauty of good chocolate.

  • It's a crappy shirt for sure. A legitimate bona fide crapper.

    Two things about that:

    1. They're not going to make a nice one because if everyone got a nice one... some might not buy a nice one given they got a nice one with their membership.

    2. I really couldn't care. I'll still buy in and I won't feel ripped off. Do I have to tick something in my preferences? I won't bother (I would if it was nice though).

  • They should have a contest for a ten clubber to design a shirt. I bet one of us could design something 10x better easily

Very easily. Just a plain black shirt with "Pearl Jam" written on it would be way better.

  • Just have a red, black or white t shirt that says ten club on the front with a type writer font. Easy and simple. All in favor?

Nay. Make it say Pearl Jam and I'm all over it.

I learned how to type on a Selectric with the golf ball. It was fun watching it work. Do you remember the correction tape and having to actually make CARBON COPIES? (FYI- I was born in 1973. I'm not ancient. It was just what we had when I went to high school.)

What was even funnier is when Mr. Jepson had to take a dose of "cough" syrup every day at the exact same time. It was the same box and the same bottle, but it never emptied . . . ;)

I AM ancient & learned to type on a "backspacer" era typewriter!!!
I'm very familiar with using carbon paper to make copies & we used the erasers to fix mistakes!!
Mrs, Hoehn was my typing teacher & made us spit out our gum, because she believed we couldn't type & chew gum at the same time!!!
I used to HATE the timed test to see what our WPM was!!
