Still waiting for my package to the UK after 1 month

Hope someone can help with this. I ordered some t-shirts and poster on 2nd December 2014 and go an email saying it would be dispatched within 48 hours. I still don't have it! I have contacted the delivery company who deal with it when it reaches the UK and they didn't know anything about it. I have also contacted shipping@ten club and had no reply from them as yet. Can anyone help, either members or tenclub staff.

    i still waiting on items to Ireland after 6 weeks. i emailed them too just now. hopefully ill receive an explanation. E

    Same. It's 2 months for me in the Netherlands. Bought the items at black friday..

    Guess it's good to see that am not the only one - also in the UK. I know you're meant to wait up to 3 months, but still :-/... so 1 more month to potentially wait for the black friday items and an extra couple weeks longer for the sale items...

    Still haven't received items, no one answering emails. BIG fan well pissed off!!!
