No response about poster order inquiry?

I ordered two posters, over two weeks ago. My order history only shows one, and it shows that it has shipped, but with no specific information. My bank account has been charged for both posters, and I received email confirmations for both. I have so far sent three emails asking for status/information to the shipping email, with no response. Has anyone else had similar difficulties with their orders, and a lack of response to inquiries?

They have been closed for two weeks....so that might be some of it.

Thanks, I hadn't seen any indication of that. Hope that's it, will give it some more time.

I'm still waiting for a package from 2nd December (I am in UK) I have also been charged and had confirmation email, tried to contact shipping@tenclub with no response yet.

Hey it usually needs 4 weeks to arrive in Europe! I am still waiting too so don´t worry that´s normal.
