A quitter? You say you're eating a lot less, eating healthier, and exercising more - that doesn't sound like a quitter to me! You're still doing yourself good, so be kind to yourself rather than beating yourself up.

I agree. As long as your moving forward and not backward its a good thing.Build on your momentum ,when you can and it feels right. All plans and diets should also take the individual into account. One size dosent fit all.It should always be about what's right for you.
"Like genes, some blood types are dominant over others. In the cellular creation of a new human being, Type A and Type B are dominant over Type O. If at conception the embryo is given an A gene from the mother and an O gene from the father, the infant will be Type A--although it will continue to carry the father's O gene unexpressed in its DNA. When the infant grows up and passes these genes to its offspring, half of the genes will be for Type A blood and half will be for Type O blood.
Because A and B are equally strong, you are Type AB if you received an A gene from one parent and a B gene from the other. Finally, because the O gene is recessive to all the others, you are Type O only if you receive an O gene from each parent.
It is possible for two Type A parents to conceive a child who is Type O. This happens when the parents each have one A gene and one O gene and both pass the O gene on to the offspring. In the same way two brown-eyed parents can conceive a blue-eyed offspring, if each carries the sleeping recessive gene for blue eyes."
I remember learning something like this in high school biology. I am B negative. My grandmother was AB negative. I know this because once, in her later years, she needed a blood transfusion and we were told that her type is very rare and there wasn't much available locally. I think she used it all. I don't know what my parents are. And I only know mine because I ordered a kit off the internet. I am presuming it was accurate. I had to puncture my finger and put a spot of blood on each of several spots on a card. The spot on the card that changed was the one that identified the blood type.
