Bootleg Downloads Not Appearing

I ordered a download like two weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up in my order history. The order is there but no download. Am I missing something? I've emailed Tenclub twice, but no response.

    It's not there. Like I said the order is in order history but no blue link

    I've had it happen twice. Both times it took emails to 10C to fix it. First time took a couple of weeks, and the second time about 5 min.
