Anyone else feel The Glorious Sons are similar to Pearl Jam?

Band from Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
Came out with there first full album earlier this year. Saw them on Boxing Day. Got a Pearl Jam feel from the concert. Never saw them in there early days but I got the same feel. Here is some videos of them if you have never heard of them. Let me know what you think. Enjoy!

  • saw them open for the headstones in kingston dec 2013. was not overly impressed. didn't get a pearl jam feel at all. more of a "I wish we were blind melon" feel.

If you are interested, I've started an archive of Glorious Sons live recordings. I've been in touch with them and they've OK'd it. We now have about 45 recordings in the archive from various radio and webcast performances. Come have a look!

Saw them a few months ago opening for J Roddy. They’re really hit or miss with me. I love some of their stuff but a lot I don’t dig.

    Sawed off shotgun is great.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.
