I have some limits whispering, I may be a nutjob, but I'll be a straight one. Not that there's anything wrong with swingen both ways. Usually when I see vedder, he's usually yelling "bad brains!! " so unfortunately it's not me. =))

Lmao!! I LOL'd at this!!! You're a fanboy and you KNOW it!!

Seen people act like that at shows I have seen it is weird. No wonder Ed has body guards.

I met Ed, and I just whispered to him. :-)

    Hi Lyn :-h
I got to meet Ed too...In Jacksonville back in 2012.
He apologized for postponing the original shows,
and thanked us for coming to the rescheduled dates.
He said he just wanted to walk down the line & shake hands
with those that were there and he wasn't going to sign anything or take pictures with anyone.
The people that were there were very respectful...
no outburst or people yelling at him!!

Had to be night one. Because I was there night 2 and he bolted right after the show. Something about his wife and kids being in Orlando or some lame excuse like that! I kid. He waved at us and got on the bus.

    You are CORRECT...
It was after the first show!!
I was originally planning on doing the 2 Vegas shows & the Phoenix show,
BUT when the tour was postponed I ended up just being able to do the 2 Jacksonville shows!

I hope EV watches this video - even though he was there.
    This video is downright creepy.
Ruins it for a lot of fans.

I meant it as being Ed. Generally when I meet someone like Ed, I'm a bit more quiet and try to be respectful. If I were Ed, I don't know that I would have been able to keep my mouth shut that well. That's not his first weird fan and I'm sure not his last.

You know where I work and when the artist/owner of my lovely land o' employment is out amongst the crowd, they treat him like he is just the biggest deal ever. I've worked for him for over 13 years. I kind of chuckle when they are all in awe. "Yes, well, he signs my paycheck and walks me to my car sometimes, too."

Though it isn't truly possible for him to be just that regular guy, Ed and the guys just want to be those guys. Frankly, I couldn't imagine living a life where every single place you go, a trail of people would follow you. I know it is a part of what they do, but it would creep me out and I'm quite sure that I'd never get used to it.

I still maintain that if I ever saw him on the street somewhere I'd probably run away!! I'm horrible with people in general, but I'm terribly weird too, so I'd be terrified if embarrassing myself. So I'd just run away.. It's be like a scene from Monty Python..
I'll be walking somewhere, doing some normal shit somewhere, see him and run the other direction.. And knowing my luck, I'll be wearing a PJ shirt!!
    Anyhow..

Lol Whispering Hands! Maybe you should plan a "what I'll say if I meet Eddie Vedder" script now, just in case? Then you don't have to run away!.... But FYI, yeah, it can be mortifying. I met Jeff Ament and made an ass of myself, and I'm still not really over it, hahahaha. :P

Hahaha! I can just see myself doing that too!! " Hold on Mr.Vedder, I have this notebook of things I want to say.. Let me just find it real quick..," lol
