    Pretty much no one is here this week anyway.

    I have seniority over 90% of my fellow employees.
    We will be working with a "skeleton crew"
    Most of our customers(people whose freight we haul) will be closed tomorrow, or working a short day.

    Yet I have a strange feeling I will be told to come in tomorrow.

    And it is going to get ugly.
    And I MEAN UGLY!

    You'd think companies would tell their employees what's what well beforehand.

    I don't celebrate Christmas, but isn't the eve as important as the day itself for some?

    I am taking Xmas Eve off for the first time in 13 years, and I am pretty stoked about it! Less than 7 hours to a 9 day vacation! Whoo!

    I say: if they try to make you work tomorrow, fling yourself on the ground and pitch a fit like a 3 yr. old would. Chances are they'll never ask you again.

    Yeah really, hopefully he's just being super dramatic and this doesn't come back to haunt us.

    I don't want to have to be telling CNN tomorrow that he seemed normal, but I only knew him by his username on the Pearl Jam website. Lol.

    Bottom line - work sucks. Bosses generally suck.
    It would be nice if they planned holiday coverage out a little in advance. Unless some schmucks decided to call in "sick"

    Hopefully speedys sitting on his lawn chair with a beer watching his wife either A-mowing the lawn or B-Grilling some meats for Xmas eve dinner.

    Edit-how about C-singing Xmas Carols with neighbors over chestnuts roasting over an open fire. And I'll throw in a piano for the holidays too! Why not?
