in your underwear filling out holidays
sending out good ones
wonder about the stones
mick signed his floyd bunny

you could hear the porch light come on
a yellow sound in front of down coming white
snowflakes buzzing around
mountainside wedding bells unite
freezing blankets wrapped up
those age old boulders
smashed & fallen

spring roots every morning after awhile
now just tea
some soup goin
no wasted candles lit giving
that's tumbling across snowdrifts catching big air for moon shots
gathering all our eyes
masterpiece heartfelt night surrounds coldthick

grandma's makin cookies
you can sprinkle
lookin like tree lights

so tired
so tired

for poetry through the ceiling. ISBN: 1 4241 8840 7

"Hear me, my chiefs!
I am tired; my heart is
sick and sad. From where
the sun stands I will fight
no more forever."

Chief Joseph - Nez Perce
