    I have been reluctant to buy this and Under the Table and Dreaming. Heard the pressings blew ass for both. i heard they had alternate outros among other issues.

    You heard wrong. There was an alternate outro issue for UTTAD, but otherwise they are fine.

    Maybe it was UTTAD. Heard people were upset because LeRoi's solo was missing on the outro of Jimi Thing or something to that nature.

    yep, that's right. I believe they are repressing it, and it should be available in Feb.

    Wow, you're right. When I redeemed my download code for RSD "Recently" it was linked to UTTAD, so I downloaded it anyway. Just listened to Jimi Thing and they did cut the solo. They were correcting this with another pressing??

    I know the release date was delayed. Initially it was supposed to come out late november, but I know my record store (which I preordered from) ended up pushing it back to next week or the week after.

    Got an email today stating that anyone who pre-ordered the vinyl from Musictoday will be receiving a replacement copy of sides C and D that will include the corrected Jimi Thing.
