Anone have any info on the Blue bootleg Hold Your Head Up MLB 7inch

I picked this up probably 5 years ago, it's clear blue and has a catalog number of J01. The b-sides are Man of Golden Words and Lady Godiva Blues. I'm positive it's an unofficial release, but just didn't know if anyone had any info on where it came from, pressing history, etc. One odd thing is that the official release used the same photo as the bootleg for the cover. I'm not looking to sell it, but was just looking for info.
