New Year's Eve Party for NYC Jammers

I'm thinking about spending NYE in Chicago to see The Raconteurs (as of now it does not look good), but if enough people reply I would happily hold a Pearl Jam NYE party at my place (Upper west side, NY). I have a small apartment, but it is located in a part of the building that I can play music at max. volume till Jan 2nd! I'm looking for a crowd of 20-50 people...all the food/drink will be taken care of, but if you like want to hear some rare PJ that I don't have, then feel free to bring it along. Also, if you love a certain beverage or food, then feel free to bring it along.
