ISO: 10C window sticker

I am searching for a replacement for the 10C window sticker that was in the membership pack a few years ago(picture below). On the recent tour in October I used a rental car to road trip from DC to Memphis to Detroit and back to DC and put my window sticker in the car for the duration. My dumb ass forgot to take the sticker out of the first car I had(traded it in for a better one in Nashville) and their lost and found failed in finding or returning it. Anyone able to help me out? TIA

    Oh, as a result somewhere out there in the wild is a white 2014 Ford Festiva hatchback with a 10C window sticker :))

    If you don't have any luck here you can buy the whole membership pack in goods from 2012 for $15.
