You record each time you listen? Wow. That's serious fandom.
Seems like it'd take away from diving in and fully enjoying, but that's me.
Been quite awhile since I listened to the album start-to-finish, despite it being one of my favorites of the band's. Particularly love the SVT versions though most appreciated when downed in spoonfuls rather than a full plate.

Listened to yield from start to end yesterday. Forgot how good that album is, not just the songs obviously, but the flow of the whole album. Pretty much just listen to boots these days but every now and then an album end to end

Agree. It's a river - a beloved and well-ridden one at that.
But, sometimes it's nicer to just get my toes wet.
No Code's another one, in pieces or in full...such a satisfying trip.
The rest of the world might think it's a little obsessive to listen to yield 1.2 times per week for 16 years but here we have to get it. If we can't come here and brag about our obsessive milestone accomplishments where else can we turn?
Bravo OP! Yield is a masterpiece. Think I'll go spin it myself! =D>

Actually, I'm not questioning listening to it 1000 times. I'm just questioning recording that data. joseph33, do you record everything you listen, or does Yield have particular significance to you?
my small self... like a book amongst the many on a shelf
No ones disagreeing with that. Just if it means listening to the whole thing at least once a week for the past 16yrs sounds a little crazy
there are worse things. And this is a fan site. Not an occasional listen site
Yeah... there are a lot of people here who really only listen to PJ. Which would mean they very well might listen to one album several times a week..... Not my style, but the heart wants what the heart wants.

That is kind of odd... but possible?? :-? Maybe it's just the OP's thing. Never heard of it, but I guess someone does that - probably more than one.

You never really had to begin with.
Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.
