Bulk PJ Purchase in S/W Ontario?

Anyone looking to splurge for a bulk PJ purchase in southern Ontario. I have a lot of stuff that would be expensive to ship, but if anyone in this part of the world is looking, then we could arrange to meet. Looking to unload the following as one big package deal:

And approximately 30 other non-PJ posters including some Emek, Jermaine, Phish, Melvins, QOTSA, Radiohead, Jack White etc. Posters are generally in great shape with the exception of those noted as fair-to-poor. Note if you are a super anal retentive on condition poster collector (as I used to be then this may not be for you) - but most posters would be around a NM with the odd ding, soft corner or ink blemish.

Also looking to get rid of a set (72) of 2000 PJ Bootlegs - all played but in great shape.

And a set of PJ vinyl Christmas Singles with all included except 1991 (i.e. the set starts at 1992 and goes to present date). Note they missed issuing the single for one year in the 1990's.

No sob story with the above, and certainly don't need to sell - but just looking to unload the above if there's someone that can use / appreciate it more than I do. Looking for $2200 for everything, with my general breakdown being;
Case + Posters = $1500 (Roughly $200 for the case/sheets and an average of $19 per poster) -certainly some gems in there worth more than that, but also some crap worth less - hence the average
2000 Bootlegs = $550
X-Mas Singles = $150

Not looking to break anything up at this stage, but if anyone wants the whole collection then that would be great. If not, no worries and thanks for looking. PM me with any questions.

haha I want the case if you decide to break it up. I actually think I know someone in TO who would probably want to buy it and he can ship me the one he's bought.
