dudes, rate the mens apparel in the shop

the criteria are taking into account if you would actually want to own it as well as the price and shipping, and how much of what is being offered do you think is cool, pretty straight forward, a 10 means you like virtually every single item in there and the prices and shipping are good, and a 1 means you can't find more than one item you like and the prices and shipping are not good. obviously I am not thrilled with the selection but I figured it would be good to let everyone have a say. Ladies feel free to comment as well, if you think the stuff looks cool or not

I bought the bolted hoodie when they had the 30% off hoodie sale, and I love it. In fact I'm wearing it as I type this.

I won't buy most of the other stuff, mostly because I have a lot of Pearl Jam shirts already. There's only so much of this stuff that I can buy.

Love the current merch. The Lifetime Collective gear is top notch.

All we need is some more Crash items :-bd

if you think the stuff is cool, then you do, I am not trying to change anyone's mind, I want everyone free to express their opinions, we are talking about shirts and sweatshirts, we should be able to keep a good vibe on this one

  • Well. My buys probably say it all. Probably could go a long time wearing something pj related each day. I buy what I like. You will catch me in pearl jam or oneill most everyday. Would I like more kick ass shit or crazy fabric, who knows. Who cares. Beats giving my money to any other retailer. I do kinda like the new flag pj shirt. See what Friday brings

I love rocking PJ, especially since we have such a mellow climate in Seattle, I own only shirts no sweatshirts or hoodies, if I found the right one maybe I would

Great t-shirts. Don't own any hoodies or coats.

I buy so much show specific shirts I don't even pay much attention to the clothing on the site. I probably have 80 shirts I've never worn.

I'm really picky. I like dark coloured shirts (black, dark blue etc..). I don't like big colourful pictures on the front. I like smaller less glaring graphics. I find most band shirts tend to put big or bright logos on the front, so most of my shirts are from concerts where I found one I liked.

I think the only thing I would buy in all the men's apparrel on the site is the monkeywrench records hoodie. Most everything else is a little out my comfort zone :)

I havent been buying. Some of the gear looks OK, a lot of it seems hideous.

Ive gotten to the point where Im a little conscious of the number of articles of clothing I own/wear with some sort of Pearl Jam on it

I'd prefer offerings with just Pearl Jam written on it without any logos. Or a regular baseball cap that just says Pearl Jam. They dont seem to carry basic items like that.

The brown Lifetime Collective shirt (with orange print/hands) is one of the best Pearl Jam shirts I've ever bought. Great fit, quality, feel and sizing. Wish I had bought two as it's no longer in the store.

The only shirt I bought on the lightning bolt tour was the one that had Pearl Jam in a rectangle on the front with the lightning bolt between the pearl and jam (with tour dates on the back). Simple, not to flashy, and my kind of shirt.

;;) just enjoying life, I was in West Seattle just now and apparently The Foo Fighters are playing a secret free show and everyone was lined up outside Easy Street Records, so I sang Pearl Jam songs for an hour, I figured Foo Fighters fans should be exposed to some great songs :)) only kidding FF fans, well sort of because Pearl Jam is just better, but anyway life is wonderful here in Seattle, we are having a Pearl Jam fan get together here in June, so far they got over 100 people coming, I think a yearly fan convention would be amazing, especially with legal weed, get stoned with Pearl Jam, sounds like a great idea, make it for fan club members only /:)

I live in Seattle and I have all sorts of ideas for awesome shirts, and no it doesn't include tie dyes, and I would be willing to design the first one for free, yet never received a message from anyone, the worst thing that could happen is they think it sucks and don't make it. because obviously when you have zero scores above an 8 and 47% at 4 or lower you have lots of room for improvement, and if it were my business I would be open to suggestions and ideas of how to do better, but that's just me. All I know is since I became a member I have seen a regression in the overall appeal, when 47% of members don't even think you deserve a 5, those are numbers you expect from WalMart or Comcast not Pearl Jam, I just want to see the shop reach for it's potential

What do you mean that you never received a message from anyone? Were you waiting for the ten club to randomly contact you to see if you had any shirt designs?

I made the offer several times in this forum, I figured they might have an issue with what be considered solicitation if I were to contact them and I didn't want to jeopardize my membership, and I figured several people would of seen it by now, when you are critical of anything with the Ten Club it will get extra attention to see if it warrants being locked, in fact I bet they have an alert on my account that notifies them every time I start a thread, lol, and they go "oh shit! Hank posted something" to make sure I don't go too far off the reservation, lol, half kidding of course
