He did.but over zealous prosecutors(see Zimmerman,Casey Anthony,Trevon cases for examples of idiot prosecutors swinging for fence and missing)are running rouge thinking they are "cleaning up" all the miscreant drug lords.

All those cases you listed above were all State prosecutors. NOT Federal prosecutors.
In fact in all 3 cases listed above it was Florida prosecutors.
So it must be a Florida thing.

This is a case of an idiot federal prosecutor.

Agreed,my point is Prosecutors in general.My state is too stupid to make Mary Jane legal for Medicinal use anyway and we will continue to treat 18 year olds with a joint as a hard core criminal.Dont get me started.
