Can't copy bootlegs on my iMac!

Hi there!
I need some technical help, I finally got my European bootlegs (CDs) and I wanted to play them... bad surprise when I inserted the CD my Mac wasn't able to read it, it said "You inserted a blank CD...". Does anyone know how to open it and transfer the files onto my iTunes? Thanks in advance for your help guys!
