Can anyone help me customize a PJ T-shirt?

Hi there! My fiance is turning 40 at the end of the month and I'd really like to get him a Stickman t-shirt (size large) that has a listing of "HIS" tour dates on the back....a listing of the 7 concerts he has been to...sort of like how tour t-shirts have them. If you know of anyone that can help me with this can you please let me know who to get in touch with? Thanks!!!

    What exactly do you need? You should be able to just go to at shirt site and get them to print it no?
