things I wish I'd known about ten club tickets

Sorry if this is common knowledge, just that I couldn't find this out very easily, and I thought it might save one or two people a few worries.
Firstly you can pay for ten club tickets with somebody else's credit card - confirmed to me by ten club staff.
Secondly I don't think you need to be an active member on the day of the concert - just the day you buy the tickets.
I'm not so certain about this second one, but I only realised the day before Dublin that my membership had expired - renewed it that day, but i don't think it had been processed when I picked up my tickets without a problem.
So if anyone out there is as disorganised or as poor as me - don't worry - there is still hope!!
