Question about fan club tix

I haven't used my fanclub seats since 2003 and i seem to remember getting some kind of confirmation letter before the shows......is that the deal for this tour?

    when you order the tix, you get a conf email that they have your request. then i think you get another one actually confirming that you have SECURED tickets. its all just emails.

    i just thought that i got an actual letter that i had to show when i got my tix

    a confirmation email was sent out after we ordered tickets. another email will come closer to the date of the shows giving instructions on when and where to pick up tickets.
