The Green Line service will get you from Mitchell International Airport to downtown Milwaukee. I believe the bus stop is outside of the baggage claim area.
Take the GREEN LINE Bus marked N Bayshore - Via Oakland-Howell Metroexpress
When you reach downtown, the bus travels north on Water Street. Your stop is at Water and State. Walk west on State Street about 4 blocks (you will be walking over a bridge across the Milwaukee River...it's another 2 blocks once you cross the bridge). The BMO Harris Bradley Center is right on the corner of 4th and State. You can check the ridemcts site for times. The bus ride shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. Have a safe trip and welcome to Milwaukee!
It is always possible.
