Received mine today. What email address do I use to regarding an issue with my shipment? They were either damaged en route or there are quality issues.

Wow. That is a fast order process. So you ordered on the tenth of Oct and it came when?
Yep. Ordered on the 10th arrived today.
So what was the damage/quality issue?
Look at the handles in the first pic. The enamel is all chipped. :(
Yeah, its actually worse on the black one but you cant see it all that well. I sent an email to the 10c, we shall see. The enamel quality on the handles is not good. At least for my set.

I had handle chipping issues too. I sent 10c an email and got this note back: Hi, This item is a hand-made enamel product made by a small company in Poland. Due to the century-old technique involved, this item may have imperfections, making each mug unique. For more information, check out their website: http://emalco.com/pl/index.html They also have a Facebook page which illustrates various products made for numerous companies around the world: https://www.facebook.com/EmalcoEnamelware
Thanks 10c
I wasn't entirely satisfied, so I reached out to Emalco through Facebook. I got the most thoughtful responses back (they wrote back in less than 12 hours), and I have to say that even if I don't end up getting replacements, I am happy that 10c worked with this company. I sense a lot of care goes into making their products and that's good enough for me! Below is the exchange I had with them (not including pics because I'm lazy):
Suziemay: Hello there! I received my Pearl Jam mugs and love them! I understand that they are handmade and may contain imperfections, but did want to get your opinion on these two:
1) White: there's a deep "hole" (for lack of a better word) on the handle and it is very noticeable
2) Black: the paint is flaking off on the handle, I'm afraid it will continue to come off upon use and ruin the beautiful mug.
Would love your opinion! Thank you.
Emalco: Dear Su,
Su, where are you based? Which country?
Thank you for your comment and images.
Your images are not sharp enough to see precisly what is the reason for issues with those mug handles. What I assume on white mug there is the place where we hang the mugs on the hooks when we place them to the oven for multiple baking process. We never know exactly how all mugs behave inside the oven under high temperature conditions. It is that on some mugs there is a small mark on the handle after the hook used. It is almost impossible for us to avoid even we try so hard. We have done all possible to make as good as we can mugs for Pearl Jam. Regards the black mug I can not see precisly what is wrong with the handle. Is there any chip off on the red enamel? Can you send us better image directly to e-mail address: xxx@xxx.com please? To clarify red color is not any paint. This is enamel layer which is not possible to wash out and will not dissapear.
Suziemay: Hi Waldemar, thank you so much for your response! I am in the US. Your explanation makes sense, and I feel better that the red on the black mug will not "wash off" as I had feared. I will try to take better quality pictures and send it to the email address that you provide so that you can have a look. Thank you so much!
Emalco: Thank you Su,
You can be sure that our mugs are made purely in Poland in EU according to all healthy regulations and restrictions. We do not use any paints to make decoration on our mugs. All is done by high quality ceramic decals which we applly by hands on every mug and then bake them inside the oven in 800 Celsjus degrees in order to melt decor into the enamel layer. That technique is typical for right and original enamelware. You can be sure that Pearl Jam graphics or red color on the handle will not disspaear through the time. You have to be gentle while using your enamel mug becouse enamel layer can chip off when hit against hard surface. It can happen in the lip or edges and handles as well. But even some part of enamel is chip off the mug is still good to use and will last decades as our grandpa enamel mugs still do.
I kind of like that they turned onto a European company who stresses that their products are all up to health regulations and restrictions
As for the chip - that reply totally makes sense and I think it is actually cool to know where that mark comes from. (Actually I didn't see the big issue in the pics that were posted above haha)

Please, Pearl Jam, consider a Benaroya Hall vinyl reissue!
Anymore quality issues...or do we think all mugs come with imperfections? Still haven't received mine from the second batch of sales. Was wondering what to expect.

Anything handmade is bound to not be 100% perfect, that I totally get.
