POSTER HELP ... PLEASE

Ok guys, I need help finding a poster frame. I have this print, and it says it is 23 X 15.5.
Apparently that is a weird size and hard to find a frame. I don't want a custom frame, I was
wondering if you can buy this size in a black frame anywhere? I usually just purchase from
amazon for around 35 bucks .... and they are usually pretty nice....
