    Present Tense, fucking amazing !
We did not change as we grew older; we just became more clearly ourselves.
  • Present Tense!! I have to hear that version again - I've never heard it with that fast bit at the end.

I also liked green disease, Porch, crazy mary, RITFW, everything!

I have a teeny clip of Eddie on the speakers during Porch - I'll have to upload it on youtube soon.

It was just such a completely fantastic show!

Hard to pick one out really, it was such a special night-but if I had to I guess the ending with the house lights on for Indifference was extra, extra special. All those hands in the air, everyone singing "I will hold the candle, 'til it burns up my arm" .Fabulous memories.JUK

Present Tense, Porch, Alive, Rockin', State Of...

I didn't think the setlist was that good, would've enjoyed more rockers to get the crowd going more.

    Was a good night still.

Although No More pulled a few strings, Immortality caused my heart to stop, and Long Road? Well, it was Long Road wasn't it.

Loved Bushleaguer too :D Great fun.

For me personally Immortality. The whole set was amazing, but Immortality was the song I was hoping for and it made me tingle :)

I hope there's going to be a boot, cos I would love to hear Boom and Mike again during Crazy Mary, I couldn't hear them properly :D:D

They played Immortality in 2000 because a girl asked them to in a bar the night before.

I reckon they slipped it in again in case she was there seven years on.

    couldnt pick a single song from last night, too amazing. highlights were definately;

Low Light - this was the first song of the night which made me think this really will be special.

Faithful - always enjoyed the song but never went out of my way to listen to it. after last night things will change. hadnt been played in a while but the band nailed it. was great to sing the chorus surrounded by fan club members with equal passion

Immortality - always been one of my favs and was soo happy when it began, i was thinking 'ive heard that intro before' and then it clicked, immortality, brilliant.

Down - who thought a b-side from 2 albums ago would be played?!? a 'hope' song which brought a great upbeat feeling through the crowd.

Present Tense - Love this song, especially live. so glad it was played. great singalong.

Crazy Mary - was never that much into this song before but boom needed a time to shine, and this was definately it. after seeing the outro solos between boom and mike i was speechless, they play off each other so well, something i hadnt fully appreciated until i witnessed it myself.

No More - there have been quite a few people round here saying they dont care much for this song, but i disagree. while it is not the most complex lyrics and music, they fit together perfectly. and when it is played with everyone listening contently and singing the chorus it creates a great atmosphere.

Indifference - absolutely beautiful way to end, always preferred this to Ledbetter to close. 'I may have written some shit lyrics, but this isnt one of them', shame you couldnt remember them all ed ;)

quite a long post but i had so many highlights, hope everyone enjoyed it as much as i did

I have to say Present tense was fuckin spine tingling, but RITFW was amazing just for watching Jeff going fuckin nuts towards the end.It hit me then that the band themselves had a really great night therefore-so did we!

When I heard/saw No More on YouTube I had my doubts, but I must say that it was perfect yesterday. YouTube doesn't do it justice :D
