    Thanks again for the info! This is really cool that 10C is offering these too!

    I would have ordered 1 from 10C if I hadn't already preordered one from one of the other sites mentioned a week or so ago.

    Shipping from 10C for me in the US would be $12.99 which is the same or very comparable to what it was on the other sites.

    My copy was delivered today in scotland, would have liked a signed copy but $42 delivered from amazon , good deal for a beautiful book.

    It's $36.05 here in Canada, free shipping via Amazon.ca. But gotta pay for taxes. D'oh!

    Hopefully they are giving the 10club a better deal for USA orders. For receiving delivery wait times & the cost of shipping items internationally, they are totally not getting the best deal from UPS, that's for sure.
