    Happy Birthday Backspacer!

    "Amongst The Waves" was my favorite PJ song for years, before "Setting Sun" took the crown. It'll probably go back & forth tbh.

    Got this tattoo shortly after Backspacer came out. It was too small from jump, and I'd love to cover it/remove it and put it somewhere else, but two of the three people (my mom and her father/my grandfather) are no longer with us, so I'll probably leave it alone. My brother is the third person.

    I've always enjoyed Backspacer, of course being in Seattle in 2009 when it was released and getting to hear it at a listening party at Easy Street records might influence it. I'm with you on Amongst the Waves and I've always liked Gonna See My Friend and Got Some.
