ISO for an ebay seller? from which i have paid 2 x Twenty Vinyl SEALED - but never got something

Please help me to find the ebay-seller:

The real name was:

prename: micha€l
name: Imbimb0

he has a mail adress at: gmail.com

as follows: prename(dot)name(at)gmail(dot)com

Could anybody help.

I have paid the 2 records last year and asked the seller to store the records till i'm ready for the shipment, he says yes i will safe the item for you. I have contacted him in Januar, he answered via mail, oh yes, but only the shiping costs are missing. Then i have mailed him that the shippings cost were also paid.

... and then::

since: Januar 2014 NO CONTACT NO ANSWER NO RESPOND

Is he dead?

Please help

    If I understand you right.... You bought something off of eBay, paid for if, and asked the seller NOT to ship for a while?

    If you didn't file a claim within 45 days of when you bought it you are pretty much screwed. That's probably what the seller was hoping for.

    Thanks... and this is the reason, why i have open a discussion here, to find the seller ... i want my two sealed Twenty Records, not more ...
    i bought the records at the ebay plattform ...
    i write him in januar 2014 that i'm ready for shipment, he answered, i answered also ...
    than nothing since today.
    here in this forum is maybe someone who bought things from him...
