How do 10c tix work?

Its been a few years since I've got 10 club tix, but I have one for this upcoming tour. How do I get my tickets?

Do I get an e-mail as proof of my purchase to bring to the ticket window when the show date draws near or do I simply use my ID at the ten club window?

yeah, im curious about this as well since im making a long voyage to albany this upcoming weekend and i dont want any problems picking up my tix. last tour when i went to the garden show they had us go to some hotel to get the tix. nassau i think we just got'em at the ticket window

One note: This year will be different from years past. In the past, you had to wait in line regardless of your 10C #, first in line pretty much determined how good your seats were. This year, they already have the seats determined, so if you are someone with a low #, you don't have to be the first in line. I'm going to both Chicago shows and plan on showing up at the United Center at 8:00 or so.

interesting. do you know this for a fact? that would explain why my seats werent that good for the garden show i went to, the first time i got 10c tix and wasnt on the floor

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know when the box office in Toronto opens today? And are the 10C tickets available right away? Tried calling the ACC but could not get a hold of the box office. Wanted to try and swing down and get my tickets to see where there were, since I needed to sell one.
