Hi! So I started making this comic about a lost love and how I was better able to understand that love through music, specifically punk rock. Early punk rock. But to deny that the music and imagery of PJ hasn't had a huge impact on me would be a lie. In fact a lot of those older punk bands I found out about from interviews with the band. Ill be 38 in Oct and this group has been with me most of that time…if I didn't have TEN in 91 Im not sure I would be the same person I am today. And the same can be said for every single album since. So thanks and love to them.

And this is my comic. Ill post new pages as I finish them and you PJ heads will def see and feel the influence. At least I hope you do. Its a straight up comic book but it has no words. Its a little weird and not easy at first but as the story progresses I think it will all become a little clearer. Its a visual poem with no words.

thanks, DW (@birdsinboxes)
