What's your favourite place to go to reflect and relax

It could be internal , but to find a place to think of passed love ones or contemplate life I escape in the rhinog mountains north Wales. I'd rather walk in the mountains rather than round a bust city. I used to spend holidays along this coastal area so has a big imprint on my mind. To be surrounded by nature is good for the soul and while walking in this landscape rarely see a soul. It reminds me of pearl jams man if the hour , ' nature has its own religion , so true. It'd be good to see where other people go to to find peace of mind:)

Inside (internal as you mentioned).
Usually it's early morning when thoughts press strongly, probably just my brain awakening and getting a handle on shit. But I find that quietness and solitude comforting and conducive to knowing (she pompously declares!) which reins to gather and which to release.
It's nice too, to just be at that hour. In those moments I could be anywhere in the world.
