Need info about this Phoenix poster

Phoenix 2003 poster. Little devil. It is not the one that comes up on searches. This poster has never come up for me on any search. It's smaller than normal. Numbered 108/500. I don't see any artist signature, but I think on one of the creatures it might say DD.
