    Why do people see a rare and extraordinary event and start talking about societal trends? I never got that. This is an isolated and very unusual incident. There is plenty to say about society and violence, but I don't really see how this story is relevant to that. But it is sad that this boy had such troubling personal issue that he did what he did.

    Jose is a life-loving and empathetic human being. It is incredibly hard for many people to cope with such corruption, violence, and brutality in society, and what's fucking pathetic is your inability to recognize why this would hurt a person and lead to some semblance of faithlessness - and even criticize him for the broadcasting of such disbelief. Personally, I don't know why you'd even feel the need to comment on his visible disappointment aimed at the world we live in: the world where we're here discussing the random and unprovoked stabbing of a nine year old at the hands of a twelve year old.

    Wow, that's harsh. I don't agree with Josevolution's general viewpoint or reaction to these kinds issues, but wtf, it doesn't mean there's something wrong with him.
