20th ANNUAL BRIDGE SCHOOL BENEFIT

We are excited to announce that Dave Matthews Band will perform this year at the 20th Annual Bridge School Benefit, which will take place on Saturday October 21, 2006 and Sunday, October 22, 2006 at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA. DMB joins a stellar lineup that includes Neil Young, Pearl Jam, Brian Wilson, Foo Fighters, Trent Reznor, Gillian Welch, Death Cab for Cutie, Devendra Banhart and special guests!

Tickets for the 20th Annual Bridge School Benefit will go on sale this Sunday, September 17, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time at Livenation.com and all Ticketmaster outlets including Tower Records, Wherehouse Music, Ritmo Latino, select FYE stores and Save Mart locations and Tix Bay Area in Union Square. Tickets are available with no service charge at the Shoreline Amphitheatre Box Office for the on sale date and on Sundays from 10am to 2pm. Call (415) 421-TIXS, (510) 625-TIXS, (408) 998-TIXS, (925) 685-TIXS, (707) 528-TIXS, (916) 649-TIXS or (559) 485-TIXS to charge by phone. Advance tickets are $150.00 and $75.00 for reserved seating and $39.50 for general admission plus applicable service charges. There is a 2-ticket limit for reserved seats and 8-ticket total purchase limit for these shows.

The Bridge School is a non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure that individuals with severe speech and physical impairments achieve full participation in their communities through the use of augmentative & alternative means of communication (AAC) and assistive technology (AT) applications and through the development, implementation and dissemination of innovative life-long educational strategies.

The Bridge School is an internationally recognized leader in the education of children who use augmentative and alternative communication and has developed unique programs and trained highly skilled professionals in the use of state of the art assistive technology.

    hehe, sorry, didnt see it on the main PJ page in their news, on the list of stops on the tour page and didnt see a thread about it so i thought this was news....just saw that someone has a thread already asking abuot hotels for the show so i guess im a little late :)
