Help with oldschool phonograph / record player

We have been starting to look into buying a record changer/ autochanger turntable for 45s recently. At first I thought something like this wasn't even existing, but now I know better and I am a little overwhelmed. Can anybody here help me in regards to possible choices? We want it to have speakers on board. The sound quality does not have to be superior, it is supposed to be a fun object. We have seen vintage and retro models and still don't know... Can anybody share any insider info?
