Social media, that's what happened. People now post the same things for the world to read that preciously they may have only said in jest to a friend. Many people have not figured out where to draw the line and they get burned.hedonist said:
Agreed about the over-sensitivity comment, but by the same token, what's happened to decency and circumspect, of realizing it's one of the lowest roads to take, to joke about something before the body parts have even been collected?
What he said was totally something you'd say in a room full of buddies while having a few beers.Bright eyed kid: "Wow Typo Man, you're the best!"
Typo Man: "Thanks kidz, but remembir, stay in skool!"0 -

I don't even find his joke offensive. I think it was kinda funny, but more than that, harmless. The only ones it hurts is Malaysian Airlines.
Pretty sure I made a comment about never flying Malaysian Airlines within about 30 seconds of hearing the news.
God, people are so sensitive these days! He and everyone can say anything they fucking want!Post edited by PJ_Soul onWith all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -

HAHHAHAHHAHHAHHAHAH !!!!! don't you think it's odd that celeb's who bitch about privicey and the pop-o-razzi go onto social media and talk about stuff that draws attention to themselves ? and in many cases stupid shit they should never say.
Godfather.

Not at all. Twitter is good for their careers and their bank accounts, which completely rely on how many people know who they are and like them (and in some cases hate them). Even the ones who bitch about a lack of privacy need that attention if they want to keep making all that money. But there is a big difference between them deciding what they post on their Twitter feed and not being able to walk down the sidewalk without being swarmed..... not that Jason Biggs has to worry about that, lol. For him, Twitter and more attention can only be good, since no one actually gives a shit about him. This little event has probably helped his career in the long run.Godfather. said:callen said:
