I had the weirdest little encounter

So........

A couple of days ago I was in this little used CD record in Tel Aviv, (Yep, in Israel) and I was browsing through the CDs I heard this girl talking to the storekeeper. She was saying that she had made a mistake and that she wanted to buy this CD new.So i looked over and saw that she was holding "No Code". At this point i was intrigued by the whole thing and started eavesdropping. She was saying that she didn't have all the pictures on the lyrics.I walked in and said that i couldn't help but overhearing and that i was pretty sure that they were randomly put in each CD. So she decided to take the CD after all and then we started talking about Pearl Jam and she said that she had seen them this summer. I asked her where since i had gone to Lisbon and Madrid. She answered "Athens". So we started sharing concert experiences and I asked her if she had heard the Boot from Athens, because i had heard that it was the worst boot of the tour because there were these two girls screaming "MIKE!!!!!!!" the entire show. She then turned a shade of red and said something like "Yes.........well..........Its.........Its me in the boot." I couldn't stop laughing for like 5 minutes.

So there it is: I met the girl who ruined the Athens boot!

    If im going to gossip about someone it should at the very least only be to one person at a time and not the entire PJ community.

    Besides, if i give her desc, some really pissed off dude might kill her because of it. I wouldnt want that blood on my hands.

    wanna talk obnoxious, well how about the freak who screems "SMILE!!! PLAY SMILE!!!" when Eddie is all emotional on the last notes of Black? (listen to the Sydney 1 boot). Well, we all might be nice people but always the odd one who ruins the boot with his yelping...

    That's funny. I haven't bought the boot yet, so only know what others have said. But, now I will have a cool story when I listen. Thanks for sharing the story. :)

    Great story. I love the random PJ encounters.

    I was walking down the street in Santa Monica the other day talking about Pearl Jam and this guy in full body spandex sitting on a bike yells out as I pass... "Pearl Jam rocks." I turned around and said "yeah, I know!" Him, "I've seen them 14 times." Me, "yeah, their great live, I've seen them around 34 times." Him, "Wow, I thought I was obsessed." What can I say, Pearl Jam rocks!!!

    I love it when this happens, it's fun.

    I remember the first time I heard myself on the Antwerp boot. After Even flow, when Eddie is talking about where they played in Holland before, you can here a guy shouting TIVOLI!!! twice... It's me...

    The first time I heard I had completely forgot about doing it and I was walking around in London Heathrow with my headphones on, all of a sudden I realize I am hearing myself, gave me shivers and put a massive smile on my face, I think I even laughed out loud, I do remember people around looking funny!

    Cool story!
