As i said before, i doubt anything really rare or unique will show up in the tubes. As we have seen, anything really cool or unique will go straight to their ebay page to get the max dollar. I kinda realized this after i bought one lol. But by adding "1994-2013" i think they kinda played on our emotions a lil bit. Out of all the mystery boxes (posted) we could count on one hand the items that were semi-rare/collectible. Mystery posters will prolly be no different. I guess im expecting to get a cleveland 06 now since i said that lol

You're probably right, but putting the 96 Portugal on the top of the heap in the picture was a real tease. I got the McClown and Manbearpig in BOTH of my mystery boxes, so I'm holding out hope for a decent mystery poster...might be futile though

I think the best thing that comes out of all of this is networking of fellow 10C members. I was able to get rid of items for my mystery box to fans who wanted some of the items. This might be the same for the poster too.

I'm just hoping for something good enough to trade for another Irvine 2003 since the mailman fucked up my other one.

Wow pretty glad I saved my $40 at this point. Good to see it's not all Mystery Box stuff, but besides the San Fran '00, nothing posted so far makes me wish I had it (and I actually have San Fran '00 anyway, but it's a great poster, congrats)!

I think we'll see some great posters at the end of the week because that seems to be when most people are scheduled to receive them.

It is cool seeing posters I have never seen before in this thread. I am personally not very familiar with posters prior to 2003.

So far I think the posters that have shown up hit the sweet spot for a mystery sale like this. I don't think we should have expected a ton of posters that are valued at $200+, but maybe a couple to make it worth the bet we took. But on the flip side they haven't included items available in goods that you could have already bought for $20.

Someone got a Columbus 2003 poster. They didn't like it (which is up to personal taste), but it is a huge difference from getting a manbearpig poster.

    Hi,

I just received Ames Nashville 2003 in my mystery tube. If anybody has an interest in a trade (PJ flexfit hats (new), stickers, other posters, keychain, EV stickers, etc.) let me know. Willing to entertain any idea.

I agree with that tiz10, including my likelihood of getting the cleveland poster haha. Thankfully for me I'm not specifically looking for something collectable, so much as a poster I think is cool. I'm still liking the posters, obviously they couldn't give everyone a 98 or donkey kong poster.

I just bought a Cleveland 06 like 2-3 months ago. Hope I don't get another. DC 03 sounds good! Last one I need to complete the "shows I've been to" poster collection (well, with the exception of the Missing Link.)

I'd say odds wise, your chances of getting one are still pretty low. I actually like the poster, just seems to be the most common one at this point.
I recently sold off most of my 'been to' posters due to needing the finances, so I'd love to get one of those back!

Thats kinda what i was talking about with playing on our emotions by putting the 96 poster on top. And the same with the mystery boxes and putting socks in the display picture.

We kind of assume they're doing that though, no? You know everything in that pile can't be as good as what they show on top.

I got the 8/2/07 show in Chicago. I like it quite a bit but would be open to trades but since I do like it I would be somewhat selective.

I saw the 03 USA Tour at first and got excited and then rolled the rest of it out. 2003 Birmingham by Ames Bros. I'm willing to trade for any of my missing 2003, 2009, 2010 Europe and 2011 Canada bootlegs. PM if interested.

I think that's a really underrated poster, along with the 03 New Orleans.
