Just FYI as I know a lot of us have been asking about, the Milton Keynes show will have a barrier set up, I asked John Probyn (COO of livenation) as they have an event the next day, can't seem to post the screen shot but twitter handles in there to confirm,

“@jprobyn: @Dingwall88 @edc_uk Pearl Jam have the aeroplane barrier system the same as Download”

    That works only if it's a closed barrier.

    Its opened on both sides as far as I know, its just a protection barrier

    When I went to see Foo's a few years ago it was a closed pit, you had to get there early and get a wristband to get in

    If its the same as download its just a way ofmpreventing a crowd surge and is open on both sides. Im pretty sure thats a requirement for all outdoor gigs over a certain size in uk
