updating payment info

trying to update my payment info for the membership renewal. tells me that it cant complete the process at this time, to try again later. ive been trying...anybody else having/had a similar problem??

Not that exact problem, but I'm trying to update my info and can't even get to the "my membership" link at the top of the page. I'm logged in and everything, and the links show, but when I click them nothing happens.
