By far bad radios best song.....fucking rocks
Better than Betterman, also a Bad Radio song PJ “covers” if I’m not mistaken. 1st live version I heard in 1993-94 before Vitalogy has the same drum beat at the beginning as Bad Radio did
Eddie wrote it before Bad Radio. Possibly Believe You Me as well.

Amazing song. Tell me 48hrs in advance where it will be played and I’ll show up no matter where that is.

Release the Bad Radio songs on vinyl.

    Great songs.

On one of the Betterman recordings, they seem to start a jam right at the end of the song, then jump into another song but the sound quickly fades out. Always been curious to know what that song was as it sounds quite promising.

Before Vitalogy ever came out, the first PJ import I ever found was “From Then Till Now” which had a bunch of demos on it as well as three Bad Radio songs: Just A Girl, Believe You Me & Better Man… I always thought those three songs would make incredible PJ songs… I was right about Better Man… It’d be pretty rad to come full circle on the next album and do a proper studio recording of Just A Girl & Believe You Me

i realize this is a lousy time to make this request with Jeff & MFC both ill with COVID and so many of our friends traveling to cancelled shows… I feel just terrible for everyone right now - band and fans.

I got those Bad Radio songs on tape in 94 the weekend before my first show 4/10/94 and thought the same thing. We drove up to Boston and listened about 100 times. The best times.

"I'm Alive, How's That?" was always my favorite of the bunch.

If they had a good producer. Those Bad Radio songs would have sold well.

Tonight is the first time I will be attending a Pearl Jam show with my daughter, Olivia. She’s graduating this week and she asked for this as her gift. I’m beaming and I cannot wait to be there with her.

I’m only posting this in here in the off chance someone sees this … even if it were just a song lead-in. We love “Believe You Me” (father’s influence, I know)… Would be fun to see Believe You Me make a comeback tonight :-)

but even if it doesn’t … we’re gonna have a blast

Don't get me wrong, I'd pop if Ed busted this out tonight :) but I think you're gonna have to settle for a stellar Better Man.

Y'all have fun & hope yer daughter catches a tambo!

Bumping this up into the lead for posterity... I won't get to hear this live this year, but maybe others might. And that would be rad.

Believe You Me ... this song is as important today as it ever was.

    So simple, but so amazing.

    People walking
    People running
    People waiting
    On a second coming
    Believe you me...I do believe
    Believe you me...I do believe

    People laughing
    People starving
    People divide
    'Cause the people crowding
    Believe you me...I do believe
    Believe you me...I do believe

And I don't want to say no more today
I don't want to hear no more today

    Can you feel it

    I feel it.

I do believe... I feel it.
