Black Embroidered Tank Top? Anyone Know anything about it?

In my mystery box I received a black tank top. On the front it is embroidered with a horseshoe on the back is pearl jam. The embroidery is a copper color. Tag says "Ten Club - Rubber Soul." Any ideas about this, when it was made?
