Wrigley

I've been listening to this show again and it is quite amazing. The beginning is awesome and when they get revved up after the delay it's still awesome. I think what sticks with me the most is the "different" Corduroy (I love it), Low Light, Porch, Mother & Nothingman. From a purely listening experience it's quite good. I wondered how it would hold up from the experience itself and unlike some other shows I've been to this stands on my Mt Rushmore of shows (not just PJ but shows over all). Over the last year I look at the set list and think about "what could have been," yesterday I listened and marveled at what was. Great show, hope it gets a release but I just don't know. Other thoughts would be great.

I walked out that night appreciating what was. Then I saw the set list and immediately began to wonder what could have been. They had an epic show planned that night, maybe one that would rank amongst their top five all time. Hard not to look back with a little regret that we were robbed of that by the weather.
Still, the show they did play that night was a classic. The loudest Release sing along I have ever heard. Hold On. Mike's insane solo during Black. Chloe/Crown. All The Way with a hall of famer. Pictures of the Wrigley scoreboard clock at 2am. So many fantastic memories.
