Mystery Box Help - Cancelled.. then not shipped?

We just back from 3 shows in Europe and expected our Mystery Box to be waiting... Still shows order in warehouse June 10..

Concerned because we originally ordered 2 .... both my wife and I are 10 Club Members.. For some reason the 2nd box was cancelled... probably because the same address. So we purchased a 2nd one when they became available on June 10th... left for Amsterdam on June 13th...got back yesterday from Italy and No Mystery Box... so sad... any help would be appreciated..

Status still shows Warehouse..

    Mine is still "warehouse" too and I too ordered mine on the 10th.......kind of getting annoying, but I dunno what we could actually do about it.

    Nevermind.... arrived today!!!!! Still says warehouse..haha
