    You need to upload your picture to an account on photobucket or another picture host, I think most of us use photobucket though. Then once uploaded you go to the photo and there are several different links you can click and copy, you copy the "Direct" link and in the "Leave a comment" box you see what looks like a little picture, click that and paste your link in there, it will paste the proper code into your comment and then you can type what ever text before/after the code you want and then preview it or just hit post comment...
