I think you are right about the day before. If memory serves me correct (which is doesn't too often these days) they typically say you must be a current member as of the night before the announcement is released in order to be eligible for tickets.

I've been on the wrong side of that cutoff by a day when trying to renew for the initial LB tour. It blows. Thankfully, the boys wont be announcing jack squat today (unless you're thinking stickers and new design t-shirts...) I wont be crushed if I'm wrong. Really, make me wrong...
